While I fundamentally agree with the point you're making, there's a big of difference between the belief in sub-humans as a demographic and the belief that a human can lose their humanity through action. The very concept of a legal system (if not justice itself) is based on the notion that society can restrict freedoms/undermine human rights (punish) to those who violate the humanity of others (do crime). OP is radical, but doesn't undermine any ethics if they sees trump votes as criminal.

I don't think it's binary and immediately switches you to "non-human" nor do I think it's permanent. Dehumanization is a state one assumes in a moment that judgment only applies to these moments. In this, it is the failure to acknowledge one's faults that makes them "less human." Ie: because humans are capable of 1/2
