The extent of Credit that I will give to Cohen is that he's, at least, pretty much the only former Trump ally that is cooperating with law enforcement who isn't doing it in order to get a plea deal. While the good publicity is still a personal benefit, he at least has some of the least personal benefit out of all of it.
