Still too many people that don't understand the list isn't a list of people who committed any crime. It's just a list of people. Oh sure, some on the list probably did the bad things. But the list itself cannot be used as evidence of a crime. There has to be more to connect any specific individual to an actual crime. Whether it's Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, or Santa Claus.

The problem is that this list isn't evidence of a crime, and the revealing of the names could result in actual innocent people being accused of crimes they did not commit which would be DEFAMATION. So it isn't about what 'side' anyone is on.
