Do you have a suggestion for another 40k group/faction/individual that you'd like to see that isn't on the list? Leave a suggestion. One per person, please.

Explanation: An Ork Painboy, also known as a Mad Dok or just a Dok, is a member of a special class of Ork Oddboyz who are responsible for fixing injuries even the highly regenerative Ork physiology cannot repair, such as severed limbs and brain damage. They use "Stabby Bits" as their medical tools.
An Ork will only go to a Painboy when he has no other choice, as these Oddboyz are infamous for trying out experimental procedures (such as the greatly feared Squig brain transplant) on patients while they are under anesthesia (known as a "concussion" to other intelligent races).

Fun Fact: Painboyz learn their craft through a mixture of instinct, trial and error, and the time-honoured principles of "Orky know-wotz." Their greatest joy in life is "eksperimentin," a mindset that creates a lot of common ground with Meks. Indeed, in many ways Painboyz are the Meks of the Greenskin physique, in that they repair, maintain -- and even improve upon -- the Ork body itself.

Amusing that if Gork and Mork would stop beating each other up for five minutes they would clean house with all the Chaos gods. They'd leave Big E alone cuz good enemies iz 'ard to find

The Orks are the largest group in the galaxy (I don't include Tyranids, because we can't be certain of their exact size, hence why I said 'in'), and if they were ever a single, collective rather than a reiterative issue, they'd win, easy.

Collective, you say? Now I'm imagining an Ork-Borg team up. Borks, if you will. Kinda wanna hear an Orkified version of the traditional Borg introductory speech.

Resistance iz futile but please do try your best

Oh yeah for sure. Or not even being organized - just not fighting each other. I'd go a step further and say they're the only faction that would have a chance at stopping the Tyranids

I'm sure some would argue that the Necrons stand a decent chance. I do feel like we're heading toward some big event, maybe not with the Orks (though you never know), but with the Tyranids.

Oh right. The faction that defeated the First Ones then oblitereated/enslaved the C'tan. That makes sense. I think you're right about a big showdown with the Tyranids. I've been watching some lore videos and that say the Tyranid shadow of the warp isn't their real power. its that the people who have caught a glimpse of the entire tyranid consciousness describes it as impossibly bright and we're just experiencing the shadows that they cast

It's interesting, because the factions largely won't work together. A few Necron might align with humans, just as a few Aeldari or Drukhari might, but also, each faction needs the Tyranids to lose, especially Chaos. I could see some worlds actually being saved by Chaos Space Marines and willingly tossing their lot in with them.
