So I just heard about the A spot recently, initially I thought it sounded a lot like the g-spot, but it turns out that it's a little higher and a little harder to get to. It's still on the anterior wall, if you know how to reach the g-spot, just softly reach a little higher until you move off of the G-Spot mound, it's probably described as being between the g-spot and cervix. You need to apply a slight bit more pressure, but that's it. Different sensation, and yeah she almost tore my finger off.

In today's medicinal education system you cannot be sure to be taught about the existence of the clitoris. It wasn't until a few yrs back they "discovered" it (again, for it was a well known organ already to medieval dissectors). Also it's often not on surgery plans so just cut through under surgery.
