There was some interest when I posted the line work so thought I'd post an update on my Samurai Champloo sleeve.

Completed session #3 tonight and I'm super happy with the way my artist integrated it with my Gyarados back piece, which was done by different arist.

Color coming up next!

**EDIT** Mentioned the artist in my previous post but here it is again: Frank @ Tribal Rites in Boulder, CO (IG: horikitattoos)

**FP EDIT** Appreciate all the comments!! Show me your tattoos!

Well done, beautifull, good saturation and sharp lines

Looks great. I love how the thing they were searching for all series is missing: food.

Met Steve Bloom a few years back. Champloo is definitely on his more memorable list of VA jobs.

Sharp, like an edge of a samurai sword

I regret not buying the vinyl back then when it wasn't hundreds of dollars. Damn they repressed it like 10 times and they're all expensive

While I wish that I always think a lot of shows lose something going to long. It was a great story with a good start and end.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No. It had perfect ending. Let it rest.

My artist usually charges $150/hr but I'm getting this work done for $100/hr. He estimates another 2 sessions so $3,000 before tips.

I tell people that I paid a large amount, because good artists cost money and I wanted it to look good. Pay $20 and your tat will reflect it

5-6 days of work I’d assume, in the U.K for a good artist around £300- £350 a day (loyalty discount) Best case £1,400 here with a discount

I have a similar asian-style sleeve, which in Sweden cost me about 2000 euros.
