Here's a novel idea: you're either disabled to the point you're incapable of work, at which point the government provides health insurance, or you're gainfully employed and your employer provides health insurance. You don't get to refuse to contribute to society while also reaping the benefits. There's a reason the US has cutting-edge healthcare, excellent doctors, and far shorter waiting times than nations with universal healthcare.

Your binary is a fantasy: The 'gainfully employed' skip care because their insurance is too costly, and the disabled face out-of-pocket costs double that of the non-disabled. The US system prioritizes profits over actually contributing to society's health. Easiest way to point out the state has no place in the US, given they regularly go against literally everything the US stands for and that many generations have fought and died for.
