AND Medicare prices is less than 10% of most operations budgets for these hospitals- the rest comes from grants (been cut) and insurance network agreements (way less$$) Medicaid is a state funded and it is a fraction of Medicare pays

I always direct my blame towards those in power, or those that defend those in power who have been failing them or purposely want to hurt them.
