Disconnect the battery first & that won't happen.

Disconnect the battery first you dumbass.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Recognize an obviously faked video when you see it dumbass. Also airbags can deploy with a dead battery in some cars.

Where is the skyrim fade?

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Staged for sure.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

So did it come off?

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Here, have some extra frames:

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Is that CarMax? Wouldn't surprise me the shenanigans there can get pretty dangerous

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Was expecting Skyrim

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Not very bright

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Airbags don't work that way but hey, anyone notice the tool box in the background changes sides from right to left..?

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Push really hard and what? Is there more directions? He doesn't finish what he's saying!

3 years ago | Likes 451 Dislikes 2

Videos that end too soon.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Brilliant, I hate it when people don't finish their sentences when giving advice or tips of the mechanic trade. Topical!!! Lol

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

The rest of the instructions are for the other guy to trigger the airbag while you're pretending to screwdriver it.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"What? YOU DIDN'T FINISH!!!"

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's all of the instructions. The emblem has been removed.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What? He got the emblem off didn't he?

3 years ago | Likes 70 Dislikes 0

No he didn't. He cut between 2 different cars. It's a staged video. You can just pry off the emblem like that.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 4

Staged? On the internet? Noooo

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Mechanics don't want you to know this one easy trick

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

That's not how any of this works

3 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Some people don't have the sense God gave a goat.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you ever need to shit your pants, just grab a screw driver and get under here and you push really hard.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fakeeee

3 years ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 3

Oopsie poopsies.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

*popsies

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I believe that he’s either superglued his phone to his left hand, or it’s faked.

3 years ago | Likes 276 Dislikes 0

Faked 100%

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fake sound effects, already deflated airbag, yup is fake.

3 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

Completely different dashboard and background in the windshield.

3 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

It's fake as shit.

3 years ago | Likes 70 Dislikes 0

Shit is more real than this

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Airbag cartridges don't go off if you fuck with them. They need input from the car.

3 years ago | Likes 49 Dislikes 1

The sensor has a bit of glass blocking a metal ball from touching two electrical contacts, when it smashes it completes the circuit and POOF

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Depends how much you fuck with them

3 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 2

This sounds like it applies to many areas of life

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Well the emblem is off now....

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

lol at the dude in the background

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

"Oh, it's just fucking Dave again..."

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks, gonna try this at home

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Those canvas bags come out with enough force to break your neck but dude didn't even drop his phone. Either fake or whacks it too damn much.

3 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

No powder, no screwdriver to the face.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's a composite shot of 2 different cars.

3 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

3 years ago | Likes 202 Dislikes 7

Why would you need to just remove the emblem? I mean if you need to get at the clock spring or air bag or something, you would start out by

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

saying, "If you have a bad clock spring, to get to it, you remove this emblem ..." Why would anyone just want to remove the emblem?

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

(Pssst, it's a joke. It's not the same car!)

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I could tell it was a joke, but I couldn't find any reference to see if it was a different car. He's pretty good with the initial angle.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The camera would've flown out of the dude's hand right away.

3 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

BMW blinker fluid caps are always tricky to open. Probably since they're so infrequently topped up.

3 years ago | Likes 206 Dislikes 6

They’re only infrequently topped off because they’re infrequently used.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

3 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Can confirm, am BMW driver. But, it's an older one and I know how to use that black stick thingamajig on the left of the wheel.

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

yeah but thankfully they usually last the life of the car without a refill :-P

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Great way to turn oneself into a SnapOn unicorn

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Now how do you find the emblem?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Check your trachea

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Lol!!!

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Airbags are coated in a type of powder. That's the "smoke" you see when they're deployed. The smoke that is noticeably absent here.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He got the cough right, but you're right, he had to squeeze the bag to get the powder flying. I got hit in the side of the head by an airbag

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

in 94. The detonation wrecked my wrist. I'd expect a different reaction if this was real. In my case it was silence.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

thats an expensive mistake.

3 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 8

Don't airbags cost like 10k to repair?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm sure they do, but this guy did t set any off.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Yeah he'd probably be dead

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's staged so no. It's cut between 2 cars, one of which already was deployed, and one that wasn't.

3 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

Great way to possibly take a screw driver to the neck

3 years ago | Likes 1240 Dislikes 3

Is the screw driver okay?! I mean, come on, it’s a snap-on.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

*through the neck and headrest*

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's fake

3 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

... Through your face

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This was the top comment the last time I saw this post ?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Top last time I saw was "its fake" cause it is.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Or the head

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Looks like he's got a drinking problem.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's a staged video. He cuts between 2 different cars. Airbag deployments don't look like that.

3 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 1

Yeah it takes a second to deflate

3 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

Not if the screwdriver punctures it on release…

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

Ever been smacked in the face with one of those. No joke it’s powerful

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Or eye socket!

3 years ago | Likes 105 Dislikes 0

You’ll put your eye out, kid.
