Ohh so close Steve, just aim a little more to the northwest with your next guess about which country is controlling Elon

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You can’t have just one TACO!

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not sure how you can give a full-throated apology to someone whose li'l cheeto definitely is not large enough to reach, much less fill, a throat.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

all i see is more theatrics to tank stock values then the eventual flip and the tesla and space x stock skyrockets and rich get richer. i dont believe any of this shit they spout anymore. bit tinfoil hat of me but can you blame me after everything we've seen? i think china would love to have huge contracts with musk for a satellite system that is a literal information gather machine.

3 months ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Yeah, this will all be blown over in a week. The twitter fight will just stop, musky will get his contracts renewed and trump will get distracted by the next thing the Heritage Foundation tells him to churn outrage over.

The rich will continue to get richer and the country will continue its decline.

I think my favorite one was the "lawfare" guy implying that if they had anything they would have used it

Well buddy, let's introduce you to all the *other* charges now that you've acknowledged that the "lawfare" was all based on facts and not just made up bullshit...

3 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Everybody involved in this circle-jerk is evil. Elon, Trump, Bannon, all the Elon groupies... all of them. No winners, all losers.

Just casually dropping that we're planning for war with China.

3 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

Of course the U.S is. China is openly developing the means to invade Taiwan and destroy U.S assets that might try and intervene. It is only sensible that the U.S keeps planning for what to do if their government honours it's guarantees to Taiwan and aids in defence of invasion. It's probably lucky for Taiwan the coward and traitor Trump will not be President when China is ready to go - which means btw U.S military planning HAS to consider the likelihood China will rush to go imminently.

The military is perpetually reviewing strategies for all sorts of contingencies (CH invades TW, CH attacks US ally Philipines, NK starts ratting their rusty saber, RU aggression, etc). China is politically ambitious and militarily formidable; the US needs to have up to date plans at all times to respond. It's not really "planning for war" so much as being prepared for what might happen.

Full throated apology? Does that mean he should do like the birthday thing?

3 months ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

Means he should suck cheetoh dick. A 'polite' way of saying it without saying it. Guys prolly Baptist, they are masters of that.

3 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Suck the Big Cheeto's 'Little Cheeto.'

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Full throat? I doubt trump could even reach his uvula.

3 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

People who still have the deleted posts saved should keep re-tweeting them and re-posting them wherever and whenever they can.

3 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

#3 or...all the mentions of Trump in them were highly suggestive, but nothing they could base a winnable case off of. Enough to prove what everyone already knows, but not an actual court.

3 months ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 0

To be frank, I don't think Biden would have investigated because of all the allies it'd catch as well. Epstein wasn't a one-sided pimp, he provided for men on both political parties

3 months ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

And yet, there only seem to be regular and ongoing announcements of higher-ranking Republicans who are caught and punished. Very few Democrats, comparatively.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

For Biden and the centrists, sure, but the majority of anyone left of center were quite eager for that as well.

3 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Pure speculation, but if Clinton was in there also, then neither side would want to release the papers.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wait, they use security clearances? I assumed they just let anyone go or do anything these days.

3 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I love how making people follow the laws is now "lawfare" to them.

3 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yessssss, Elon. Make your own party. It will be wooooooorrrrrrrrthhh iiiiittt. You won't just draw votes from Republicans. Dooooooooo iiiiiiitt.

So many treasonous Nazis, and there's a dark dank forgotten pit to drop each one of them into and be forgotten about.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Op is secretly in love with Elon

3 months ago | Likes 67 Dislikes 6

I would have to agree.

3 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 3

wouldn't say love. But I confess I used to admire Elon for his work at SpaceX and Tesla 2 years ago. I do not respect him anymore

3 months ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 28

2 years ago he was still a little Nazi bitch

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You should've lost it after the Thai cave rescue fiasco, where he made it clear that the only thing he cares about is shameless self-promotion at the expense of everyone else. The best thing for Tesla and SpaceX is to find a CEO who cares more about the companies and the future, than they do about whether or not the internet is jerking them off today.

"You reposted" really doing a lot of leg-work here to show where you stand, bootlicker

3 months ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 9

I replied because I like Imgur platform however I do not respect hateful online trolls. Sir, I am gonna stop responding to you. Have a good weekend

3 months ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 15

Ew. I sorta understand, with the bullshit pop-culture mass media wealth propaganda, but I've hated him before all the Reconstructive Surgeries & Botox, from back when he looked like a Frog & ran PayPal. I've been a gear-head since early childhood. Today I have a decent car collection. I practically had wet dreams about Teslas, until the gawd awful test drives; THEN I wrote off the ENTIRE Tesla company, when I found out they only use worthless CAST Aluminum for Frame & Subframe parts. HUGE NOPE!

Anyone who has paid any attention to the last decade knows that elon will be made a pariah and trump will face no consequences

3 months ago | Likes 161 Dislikes 1

Well what's interesting here is that Trump has never actually picked a fight with someone his own size. How often has Trump gone up against someone both richer and with more social media reach than him? Similarly, of the one time we've seen Musk throw his weight behind/against a political movement in a national election it proved decisive. All I'm saying is I'm absolutely making another bag of popcorn for this one.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

All the time. Trump is relatively poor and was desperate for money pre 2016. Every single fight he picked was with someone with more clout than he had. He was a washed up sad little mad for decades before running.

None of that matters to his sycophants. And they're far more numerous and rabid than musks fan boys. Musk is an idiot fighting against another idiot who has no shame and who is endlessly petty with the federal government and half the voter base behind him.

There is no other outcome

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Musk has four times as many twitter followers, and runs the platforms algorithm. That has never been weaponized against Trump; indeed it has only ever been weaponized for his benefit.

Trump has always been a cultural force. He won the GOP primary in 2016 precisely because he was functionally bigger than all of the opposition. You misremember how unstoppable he was even back then.

I get it, cynical defeatism is hot right now. But it's also getting pretty boring tbh. It's not exactly a hot take.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

in 2016 he was a washup and a clown and his candidacy was a joke. It was a forgone conclusion it was supposed to be jeb bush, and the shock was that Ted Cruise was doing well. Until trump started getting the racists votes.

I have no idea where you get the idea that trump was some sort of cultural juggernaut?

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In 2016 you perceived him as a washed up clown and his candidacy as a joke because you (and others) grossly underestimated him.

I got that idea from watching him absolutely dominate politics on both ends of the spectrum for 10 straight years (so far). And that dominance will continue as long as his opponents continue to believe that he was a washed up has-been, or that he's only in power because racists supported him.

That’s where this is interesting . Elon is the oligarch , the rest might not be behind him but any push back against him is a threat to them all. Class consciousness, the rich have it and even when at war they look out for each other. The government serves the rich , that is the end all of the us govt now. Hasn’t been much else for a while and this admin made sure it does nothing else. Monster fight is right , whoever wins we lose.

3 months ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 1

For comparison, when putin rose to power, he go in fight with oligarchs, especially the head of gazprom, Khodorkovski. In the end he took him everything and put him to jail in Siberia. Basically, his message to oligarch was : get filthy rich with me, but obey, and never again try to get political power.
The same could happen here, in the "land of freedom"

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If that was true at all, DeSantis' war on Disney would have had tangible consequences for republicans in Florida and across the country. ... Don't get me wrong: you're absolutely correct. One of the most frustrating things for me about big business support for the republican party is that businesses don't seem to understand the consequences of authoritarianism, of electing a government that will take everything from you on a whim. ... The writing on the wall is clear, but they ain't reading.

3 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Big business does understand what it entails, that's why they backed him. They absolutely want a truly pro corporation government and that's what Trump is. Trump is the kind of person that can allow them to expand, defy antitrust laws, set up monopolies, and suffer no consequences for any damage they cause.

The one thing that they just always underestimate is just how much they can control a dictator; how easily that lack of any control over an imbecile can lead to a universally destructive end

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Elon Musk is the richest person in the world. This has not happened with someone as high profile as him before.

3 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

I don’t know, John D. Rockefeller had a net worth equal to 3% of the US’s GDP, and he had his trust company taken away from him by the government.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lol, like Trunp would ever consider taxing the rich.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And most of his wealth is Tesla stock. Driving it down far enough for a margin call would ruin him. If you think Trump can’t or won’t manipulate the market for whatever end he likes, you haven’t been paying attention.

Personally, I just want them both to lose.

3 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I just hope that both teams do not have fun!
