Sooo why not present the evidence during your arraignment ??? Like that’s where it matters… like if it’s irrefutable proof that exonerates you entirely should that not be going to the court in which you are accused?? I’m pretty sure if I was accused of treason and had evidence that frees me I wouldn’t go outside my house and start yelling about it. ( I also wouldn’t still be free either but aside the point) I’d be screaming to get in front of a judge to prove my innocence ASAFP

That's not really how court proceedings work anyways. Arraignment is just the government telling you that you've been charged with a crime. Evidence is then discovered, submitted, and documented and reviewed during trial. If you have hard proof that you did not commit the crime you would notify the prosecutor and they could choose to drop the charges.
