I've had a seal bite my hood diving in BC. The first time it happens, it's kinda freaky. They like to bite the bubbles that get trapped in the hood. Giant Pacific Octopus, and wold eels are pretty friendly as well.
This works on DJI drones too, btw. Flip them over and they'll cut out with a fault code. You have to be fast though or they'll spot your hand and try to escape.
jellyfish only have reflexes from nerves and some bogus all-in-one organ that does digesting, breathing and shitting. there is no actual heart or blood flow either. at least one type of jellyfish can even regress to a polyp stadium.
No. Watch closely, he says, "Thank you." You can tell he has mixed emotions about it. On the one hand, this human finally got that $#%@ hook out of his mouth. On the other hand, some other human was responsible for its being there. So just a quick, "Thank you," and gone.
The first clip definetly looks fishy. Also looks like the teeth are changing size/amount when it open its mouth, aswell as it looks like it has a regular mamalian tongue which sharks do not. Also some of the marks on the side of the shark changes size/shape as it moves along.

First clip is AI. 🤦

With the hook?
MyOtherPetIsACat
Yea, horizontal flip of the original, but still AI. Look at the fish morphing in the background. Also no species of shark has just 2 gills

You have a point there. I hate this timeline.

It's bullshit that it's illegal to pet a manatee.
TakuanSoho
Well in this case it's the manatee petting the diver
CrackWhoresAndCheese
That is some risky shit taking the hook out of a bull shark like that.
TheSlouchOfBethlehem
I remember that bit being slightly longer and more obviously AI when it first came out
kimwimgoddess
there is a particular dive site where sharks do come to have hooks removed. I'd google it, but I'm lazy.
Jimthebutler
Tbf that bull shark seems very polite.
deaddogsmuggler
Especially one that only has two gills instead of the normal 5.

Welp, just watched it with sound on and I'm a dumb ass. Leaving the comment because No Retreat, No Surrender! But a dumb ass nevertheless.
