I don't think Windows understands what being 100% complete actually means. I stared at this screen for almost 2 minutes.

Estimated time remaining / percentage complete reports have always been terribly inaccurate. Battery percentage too... horrific.

I updated my grandpa's pc from 7 to 10 defrag, back up, clean the drive, redo the partion, clean install, update, transfer files back ≈3 day

My computer wont update..l it goes to this screen forever & then tells me that an error, then starts the process all over again at reboot

Run the Update Troubleshooter. That will sometimes correct it.

I am seriously considering either 1. Using an Android OS or 2. Using an open source OS on my next PC. Fuck this shit.
