One of my guinea pigs sneezes a lot. A few days ago, I noticed green speckles on the wall next to her cage because she would sneeze while eating fresh greens, and sneeze any time she felt the need, too.
Yesterday, she got a bloody nose from scratching her nose after a nail trimming. Today I found a blood speckle on the wall from her sneezing.

I’m on pigs 4 and 5. I had bad luck with tumors and URIs with pigs 1, 2, and 3 dying after an average of 4.5 years. Hoping better for 4 & 5!
