I posted a second set of example models. Same post title, but with "(cont)" at the end. Won't let me post link.

I had a stepper misread and a bit of a belt jump. Together, they would do this. Check for one problem at a time or it will make you knutz

Can't figure out what is moving and can't imagine how it is possible otherwise.

Some prints are perfect, but getting these random shifts at various heights. Sometimes one, sometimes multiple.

My initial instinct would be to clean and lubricate the z-rails and the worm gear. It looks like a layer shift of some sort.

I'll take a look at that again.

Either the slicer is moving single frames out of sync or something is bumping the build plate slightly

I've never been able to find a shift in the .pwmd files generated by Lychee.

Build plate is secured each print, double checked the Z tightness. Is it a FEP problem? Is the screen the issue?

It might be a problem with the file you are using. Check to see that nothing is wrong with the model and then re-save it and try again

Checked that. Happens on multiple different files. Will sometimes print any given file perfectly, then shift the next print.
