Took a couple of hours of flex time. Frank seemed nonplussed.

They unplugged the water fountain somehow, so they were happy to have it flowing again.

In Dutch I would probably say: "Hallo, leuk om hier te zijn" or "Hallo, leuk dat jullie er zijn". It's not a literal translation, but the literal would sound weird to a dutchie. It's just not something we say.
The Dutch sentences above literally translate to "Hello, it's fun to be here" and "Hello, it's fun that you are all here".
