This is my RAM address decoder that I am making for my 8088 computer. The address range is at the right of the schematic by the RAM /CE output. I believe I have it right, but I may have two extra chips (U10A and U23). I need RAM at the lowest 00000H and to end at 7FFFF. I added the ROM decoder just to show it. I am pretty happy with it.
So, if anyone knows if my RAM address decoder or ROM address decoder circuits are good or bad, please let me know. I feel I did a good job.
ROM address decoder... F0000-FFFFF. U17 is used because it is setup for a 27C512. I will look for a better chip and should be able to remove U17
