I posted one of these (below) in another post earlier and got some comments on it that made me research it a little bit.

The earliest posting I've found is from 2019. It does seem to be AI generated, but specifically for the purpose of experiencing what having a stroke is like - everything looking very familiar, yet totally unintelligeble. Perhaps for family members of stroke victims?

It's mostly krelwks, but there's a few dtucsspoi mixed in here and there. There's a tndfg, several wdfdxs, and 4 qpmns.
