Back when they knew how to do a ceiling.

Texas Architect Wyatt C. Hedrick designed so many beautiful building in the 1930’s. As was common in the day, the plans were not greatly detailed, he had to rely on the incredible skills of the craftsmen to make his dreams reality. Some people walk and and out of this building and never look at the ceilings. They sure don’t spend money on details like this today!
