I am actually super impressed that Ukraine was able to pull off such a purely military-target attack with, what appears to be, no human casualties on either side... no civilians killed or injured, no Russians or Ukrainian military personnel hurt (from the videos I have seen, all targets appear to have been parked).

I thought I read all the truck drivers made it out safely. That was very early reporting though, and I don't recall the source so I can't confirm any level of accuracy.

From my understanding, the actual truck drivers appeared to be Russian non-Ukraine-aligned disposables and did not know what they were transporting. So they are or soon will be unalived. The Ukrainian SpecOps were all extracted safely.
