I'm sure this is quite usual to have. I want to draw something awesome! I want to draw some of my friends. I want to step up practicing, since I've been out of practice for near a decade (til recently), but I have nothing. My style is all over, my art is all over. It seems fan stuff is the most popular, but I don't always like to do fan stuff. =/ I'll figure it out, but for now(hopefully short time) I'm blocked.

If you just want to practice, start by drawing realistic skeletons in various poses. Then work your way up to musculature studies.
