The only legitimate follow up to this would be to post an official-looking memo in the break room that addresses the complaints in a way that would only make the situation worse. Sally complained that the women's room is not clean enough? Announce that starting the beginning of the month, the cleaning staff will be let go and cleaning supplies will be provided in each lavatory for employees to clean up after themselves.
I write stories about made-up petty drama using nicknames for the participants and leave the complaints in the HR complaint box so they'll waste time asking everyone questions like "do you know who 'Fudgy' is?" and "did someone called 'Boy Gorge' really eat 47 rubber bands from the supply closet?" It makes the HR folks feel useful.

I'm not interested in office drams, but it does shed a light about who to keep at a distance. anyone who talks shit to you will talk shit about you

This sounds like something HR would catch wind of really fast and start questioning almost right away.
