Thanks... I guess Samsung is using enhancement software too... I have an iPhone and when I take 3x photos or closeups, it uses AI enhancement to "fix" the photo... only problem is the algorithm is trash and leaves tiny blurry artifacts and details that weren't in the actual object being photographed. I guess I'm going to try and find a decent older DSLR camera... I'm so done with Apple. Thanks for the answer and nice woodpecker pix!

I have seen that too where I zoom it and it becomes a blurry bunch of colors that look like what I'm trying to photograph.
