You mean undo? You can set multiple undos in preferences I think.

That's history states that the program saves to so you can use Alt+Ctrl+Z to go though.

I save often to Google Drive and it takes care of all my versioning and iterations if you need a solution for a longer history

Default behaviour for ctrl-z is flipping your last change on and off for comparison. Ctrl-alt-z to go back, or open the history window.
