Are these notches just breaks from a tractor plow ect..., or did native americans intentionally knapp them like this?

Turn it horizontal and it could be wrapped into those grooves and used as a sawing blade.

well by the pattern and discoloration from weathering on those notches i can tell you with 100% certainty that i dont know shit about this..

Not knapped into the piece originally as they have no fine pressure flaking work as the rest of the point does. Likely happened long after

That's a point, and those almost certainly happened from damage later, as points are symmetrical for ease of lashing. Great find though!
