My "art"?

Xbox guitar. My dad and I made this one. Pickups from a Peavy bass guitar. Sounds ki da twangy.

You can see the wood we used to support the pickups from underneath and the all thread we used as a truss rod.

This is the Roastar. Roasting pan turned guitar, it sounds WEIRD. Twangy but also kinda hollow.

We put a headphone on the back to act as a microphone and it does good.

Fiji inspired guitar hero controller. This was my second GH custom.

And last but not least, the AriZona custom GH Xplorer. Easily one of my favourite things I've ever built.

Killed a man with the sweet twangy sounds of that roaster guitar. 2 hits 1 hitting some sweet licks and then 2 the guy hitting the floor.

Nice. I’m going to have dirty thoughts about that roaster guitar all day.

Justin Johnson (in the YouTube above) has also built guitars from a skateboard, an ironing board, a bullet case and a 200 yr old barometer.

I've been meaning to ask if you've ever thought of turning a guitar hero guitar into a functioning guitar guitar guitar guitar guitar guitar

I could, there are many different ways. That said, it wouldn't really accomplish anything the Peavy Riffmaster didn't

The accomplishment would be making a fake guitar into a real guitar
