I fucking love Heilung, unfortunately I've missed them when they played my city.

Saw Heilung twice. Amazing experience each time

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Is there a song title?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Heilung are amazing live! Some of it just puts you in a trance.

Are those marshmallows burning at the end of her horns?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tune is catchy. Remove the visuals, close your eyes, picture yourself in zen place and song is quite relaxing.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Her marshmallows look a little overdone

2 years ago | Likes 202 Dislikes 2

That's just how I like 'em

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If I know what you mean ;)

Hank Hill approved propane antlers?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They have their entire Lifa concert available on YouTube if you want to know more: https://youtu.be/h1BsKIP4uYM

2 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Oh hey girl hey. I like your burning antlers.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oi FromSoft, I think we found a boss for Elden Ring's DLC

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This makes me want to play Diablo 4 now

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Awakening something? In this economy?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I love Heilung so very much, nothing gives me quite the same relaxing feeling like hearing Maria Franz sing our old alphabet NoRuPo while singing along to every old norse word

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Diablo IV looks dope.

Just 5 more years and we'll have a new TES. *Sobs quietly in a corner*

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sounds like The Hu.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Heilung are amazing.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yo serious question to Heilung fans: Been debating about incorporating Heilung into my ketamine therapy music playlist. Being pretty new to the band (have known about them for years but haven't actively sought them out) i'm not sure what would be the best songs for that. Anything relaxing / inducing of trance like thoughts / without actual (english) words that y'all know of that would work for that? Atm the playlist is super heavy on piano stuff and want to mix it up.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Anoana is definitely going on there, regardless, though!

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Been to a Heilung concert. This scene accurately depicts the vibe. Man they are amzing!

2 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Also the singer is cute.

2 years ago | Likes 52 Dislikes 6

I don't care how she looks - she has an incredible voice. https://g.co/kgs/6u1bQv

Also the singer is cute.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 5

She is

2 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Il be honest it's kinda hard to tell under the costume and makeup. Certainly striking at the least.

2 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Her name is Maria Franz, and she's just as hot without the costume and makeup. She's done some other projects and she's quite good

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

What's that songs name?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This shit is like its straight out of Diablo 4 (visually/thematically)

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 5

Thematically it's not depicting Christian hell so probably not perfect /p

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Such a shame diablo has been dead since 2.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

Spotted the POE fan.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I think the video is from the Hellblade 2 teaser. Fit perfectly, I love it

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

You are correct!

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hellblade is perfect as it is. I wonder if they can add anything meaningful to the story.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I felt the same way, I liked that game way more than I thought I would. The only video I’ve seen of 2 is her and her tribe trying to kill a giant

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's why I'm conflicted. On one hand, I can't figure out a sequel that will make sense to me. On the other hand, the trailer is so well done it gets me excited. Senua is pure badass.

Yes

Fuckin Valravn

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Great band. Glad I saw them before the "neo-pagans" and hippies started making the shows weird. Those aren't actual shamans and no one's here to watch you flail around and chant nonsense, Hickory.

2 years ago | Likes 157 Dislikes 8

I am genuinely glad that none of the music genres I enjoy are in danger of being ruined by neopagans

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh I wish I could have had that experience, too. We saw them last Sept, and I cringed everytime some larping show-goer howled or banshee screamed.

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Try being an actual pagan and into the music. These dumbasses make everything I'm doing look bad

2 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 2

I wore my wool cloak to the show at Red Rocks. It was great. I was hoping for a metal show and was given an evening of performing arts. It was a great.

2 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 2

Ugh I guess I can never see them live then

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Naw, do it. They're great. It's quite an experience.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You should seriously go see them. Fuck the audience.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

A woman has a norse pagan store in the back of her house here. Her business sign is a red bindrune on black that means "home and victory" and her Twitter has Trump garbage. But I also sell witchy crap, and I'm liberal. (And more celtic, yes.) Debating on putting a rainbow in my logo just to f with her.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I didn’t know that was a thing until now. But of course it’s a thing. Sounds insufferable, lol.

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

people can do what they want to imo

2 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 9

Sure. But they're being an asshole if they're disrupting other people's experience.

2 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 2

i think people dancing around and singing is probably an expected part of a lot of shows these days.

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 14

These aren't people singing along. Most people don't understand the words to their songs anyway since a lot of it is transcribed from old Germanic and Nordic runes and texts. Go to one of their shows sometime. They're amazing. But there's going to be some ding dongs just flailing around and speaking in tongues with a head full of acid.

2 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

I mean... Those people are at every show. No escaping it. But damn... Heilung was incredible. Lucky to have seen them twice, in the USA.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I hear their live album on pandora from time to time, and the lady from the audience that goes “ay ya ya ya ya yahhhh!” whenever there is a quiet break makes me irrationally mad.

2 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

I know that part and I too am made irrationally mad by this.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I know exactly what part you're talking about. 😂

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Their music has the ability to get me to an almost trance like state (something about the drums), her screaming breaks the immersion.
