I often wake around midnight-2am. Takes me an hour or two to get tired enough to sack out again. Not feeling that way right now. I'm tired, but not really sleepy.

If you learn wake induced lucid dreaming you may develop the ability to manually induce sleep. Sleep is a process

Been me every day for 6 years, only gotten worse every day. Can't fall back sleep after 3am, wake up every 2 hours, can't sleep during the day. It's called being woke

When that happens to me, I get up and take three bong rips and go back to bed. Better than 90% success rate at getting back to sleep. Actually, this is the main reason that I even buy weed. I got stoned enough to get bored with it many years ago but still find it useful for sleep.

Long story short, cut cafeïne , cut alcohol, take magnesiumcitrate supplements. Keep at it a minimum of 2 weeks. For bonus effect, take regular hikes and meditate daily. Google or chatgpt for more info

Sounds like somebody took too much caffeine.

I get up at 3am to go to work. I'm generally in bed by 9pm. If I'm not asleep by 11 (and I'm not most nights) I just stay up because I'm afraid I won't wake up in time and be late. It's fine though, I just sleep at work.

Yeah, stay up later.

Here's a lullaby my mom used to sing to get me to sleep, https://g.co/kgs/Cvfxpf

I haven't slept more than 4 hours a night in months. Some medicine can do this. It did to me but this is something else. I don't think I'll ever sleep right again.
