A depressed Imgur friend told me they’d like a “gentle nudge” for cleaning or cooking every now and then, so I’m obliging any Imgurian who wants that little nudge.
Today’s invite is pants-optional and 1 levels of challenge.
L1: Do one stage of laundry. For me, it’s folding the clothes that have been in the dryer for a week.

Maybe you don’t need to do laundry today. Maybe you need the “Newport Special” instead.
Cooking and cleaning won’t solve depression and sometimes neither of those is achievable. That’s okay. Ignore this post and resist any shame that comes up. That’s a different flavor of victory.
