Looks like you tried to flash your phone and it failed. You need to refresh the ROM with the correct one. If you don't know how to do this, grab a friend to help that knows how. I used to do it all the time before OTA. It takes a few steps, but your manufacturer's website should have instructions.

Actually i did nothing. Just using a new cheap sd card. The phone after 2/3 tries starts normally.
Phone is mostly off-line and / or airplane mode shooting framelapse about 10 hours daily.
IDK. mb the card was infected?
