My buddy is feeling better in the new year!

Mid 2020, my buddy Loki had some issues and had to have major surgery. His brother, Thor, passed away a few years ago unexpectedly. I told myself I would do anything to make sure that didn't happen again, no matter the cost.

This is the first day home post-op. He hates the cone of shame.

Tried a more comfy option - still hates it. He moves it around until his chin is in the gap where it's not as thick.

Thought he looked a bit like Pennywise...he was not amused.

Started playing again, finally.

Feeling all better! Grew back all fur that was shaved, and gained back the weight he lost!
