The cooling block that the Mosfets are attached to probably wasn’t the problem. These components are over ten years old now. It’s probably age combined with dirty cooling water.

At least three burned MOSFETs. Probably at least one burned capacitor.

No caps popped that I found but the bank unit itself is the LRI. So out the whole thing goes. ~$10k plus labor and travel.
