Finally, cars on track! — Bahrain GP Friday Photos and Review

Do we know the pecking order? Not yet.

We confirmed a few things, but questions remain. When qualifying starts, there will be no hiding: the stopwatch doesn't lie.

Red Bull and Ferrari look strong, Mercedes has more pace than what we saw in testing, but the car is indeed troublesome (and keeps bouncing like Tigger).

And Haas appears to have made their 2021 gamble pay off, as their awful season focusing on 2022 alone is starting to look good, as both Mick Schumacher and Kevin Magnussen had great days today. Please, heavens above, let it be true!

Also, we have a Discord server where we talk F1, motorsports, and all sorts of things. We are opening it up slowly to people outside our workspace (we have a couple of people from the ping list in it), and it is a fun place to be, especially if you want to chat during events. If you want more info, let me know. I believe we are striving for something pretty great, and it will take great people to make that vision come true. We are currently are a few dozen and so far everyone is really enjoying a place to chat F1 without animosity, tribalism, etc. If it sounds like something you would enjoy, come join us.

Life at Alfa Romeo is a bit harder than at Mercedes, it appears.
