Calling all architects…

Can anyone please tell me what these red squiggles pertain to? They’re only on the upper floors if that means anything…?

Those look like people, and those are the spots to stand when staring blankly while wondering what you came into those rooms to get.

Zoom in and squint harder. It's a picture of a wireframe of a man.

It looks like it's just someones signature... either they finished the work in that area or finished inspecting it, or just marking the areas they're going to work on.

That's a top down view of a person. Presumably to show scale. I guess the banana icon wasn't available in this program

That'd be my interpretation, too. Which means those are some small bedrooms without much in the way of closets.

Pretty small. And yea, I missed the total lack of closets. I thought that was required, but apparently not.

My understanding is that lots of building codes require a closet and a window (means of egress) for a room to be considered a legal bedroom, but I guess that depends upon the local code.

In the uk they don’t have to have closets built in & yes, unfortunately many of the rooms in the new(er) build houses are ridiculously small. We looked at one which was in the most perfect area, but didn’t go for it because of room size. The living room would have only had space for a 2 seater settee & not a lot else.
