Cambrian - Ordovician fossils

I found these fossils (?) while looking in the Horn Valley silt stone beds of the Amadeus Basin in the Northern Territory of central Australia at Maloney Creek. At first I thought they were trace fossils but they seem to be all a similar size and shape. Anyone have any ideas on what they could be ? The area is rich in fossils.

Mud drips on a tidal flat from clams maybe?

Sure. Blame the clams

Maybe ? The mud flakes I've seen in the same units seem to have totally random sizes and shapes as you would expect. I'm thinking someone laid their eggs in the fine silt, maybe ? It's a wonderful and intriguing specimen
