It came from outer space!!!

Iron and nickel melded with Olivine (usually Peridot) while being flung thru some asteroid belt, then it crash landed on our planet on 1807, near Brahin, Russia. This is a slice of it! You can find them for sale online and at rock&gem shows. i got to hold this bit from a friend's personal collection and it just blows my mind... that we can touch such a far-out thing with our human hands! Other meteorite bits look rather plain and not as attractive. But these puppies are fascinating, with their little windows of Peridot, and smoothly melted mix of metals. i love it so much! Very excellent example of pallasite! The metal and olivine didn't meld while being flung, this is simply from the core-mantle border

Very high quality but also very thin so probably not a lot of mass, complete guess is $100
