Imgur, I really want to learn how to code, but I literally have no idea where to start. I want to create an app or a game or something just for fun but I need to learn how to code. Can someone please help me with where to start, what language to use, and stuff like that?

I would start with Unity and C#. It's free, powerful, fun and has lots of beginner tutorials. It's easier than it looks. Just be persistent

I started out with javascript and html, really easy to pickup and you can make alot of fun things with it such as sites or (mobile) games.

Pick a language. Being able to code is simple....you want to aim higher than just being a code jockey. You will be out-priced by offshoreres

I have no idea what a code jockey or a offshorer is ?. So just pick a language and learn about it? But what language? And what are the 1/2
JeffRogers05
Differences between them?

Coding takes a particular mind set. Most of the coders are nothing more than hired guns from a BRIC country. It's almost impossible to 1/2

2/2 compete against these coders unless you have serious skills, then you won't be a coder. Youd be an architect instead.

Alright thanks man, I'm just gonna find a language and run with it. What language should I start with?
