Doesn't seem anyone's narrowed it down or resolved the issue with anything suggested so I wouldn't recommend the calls to format and reinstall just yet unless you're up to date on backups.

Id wipe it using ddu then reinstall. Seems like a bug

Restart a couple times. I had a similar issue a while back. Several reboots fixed it. Then update everything.

It usually is a bug or some sort of corruption. Find a different version of the software, like one revision earlier and see if it works
