This is my third sleepless night in a row and I am losing my goddamned mind to sleep deprivation
I'm also rewatching It's Always Sunny for the thousandth time and have been reading about heraldry, so enjoy my best attempt at the blazon (heraldic description) for the McPoyle coat of arms seen in S11 E7

Hello my fellow sleep-deprived person. Just want to say that I have several decades of experience not sleeping, and I know it fucking sucks... and it took me way too long to ask a doc for medication to help me sleep. If this is a chronic issue for you, I hope you might consider doing the same. I was stubborn and thought I could fix it myself... but after years of trying every sleep hygiene strategy there is, I finally tried something that worked for me. Drugs are (potentially) your friend :)
