Found at the American Fossil Quarry north of Kemmerer, WY. Chapstick for scale. My spawn ate the last banana before I could use it. EDIT ITS CALLED Dorsoventrally Compressed. Thank you @goudist
Also, does anyone know what's it's called when the fish is fossilized from the top instead of on its side? I can not find the notes I made about this one and can't remember the term.

Any idea what fish it is? Diplomystus seems like a likely suspect, but I've only ever seen in in lateral view.

I'm no ichthyologist but I'd call it dorsally compressed.
