CS Resume for Junior Software Developer. Easy/hard to read with this font? Bad/weird/good formatting? Too cluttered? Not enough action words? it the italicizing making it look weird?

Depends what job he's looking for. If job experience is relevant then he should leave it; his degree is yet to be conferred.

Depends on where you are applying. If it’s an edu job, edu at the top. Private sect, exp top. Read the job listing and answer it’s questions

Pretend you took the time to make that job posting and will be the one hiring you. A summary may help if you don’t have a cover letter

Formatting is great except see if it is easier to read without all those words bolded. That makes me lose focus

Yeah, you need to make a better

separation. Maybe increase font size too or getting rid of the bold in the description may help
