This build was made from parts I was able to get ordered while I'm overseas away from home. I sent them to my spouse to put together so they can have a VR ready rig when their Valve Index shows up. Future upgrade will be a 3070 FE once one becomes available.
We chose the Thermaltake Core V1 because the computer will live in a cubby in our TV stand and will spend it's life running a VR headset and 65in 4k tv (set to lower resolution until the 3070 gets ordered). It's also a pretty classic early gen ITX case with TONS of space and good front to back ventilation that works best for the application we're using.
Liberal use of video chat helped with the build, everything fit, though cable management is still a work in progress, it works for now and runs well.
NOTE: The video card was a PAIN to install. Your best bet is to install it once you put the motherboard in the case, but before anything else. It BARELY fit and was quite snug to get into place, but it was doable without bending or cutting anything.
A lot of the parts we'd liked to have used were out of stock due to scalpers and shortages, so we went with last-gen and it's still a great machine.

You can't have anything other than the motherboard installed when you put that video card into the case. It's too thick to really use the cutout in the front, so you have to slide it in at an angle without the CPU cooler, RAM, or rear fans installed. BUT you dont have to bend or cut anything to make it fit.

cable management is a work in progress ;)
Not bad for a first attempt at doing cable management. airflow isn't blocked at all, and thermals are great.

Those damn scalpers are making it impossible for honest people to get the new video cards

65in ≈ 1.65 metres or 2.75 washing machines

I would be concerned with air flow inside the cubicle. Is that an open back to allow heat out the rear as well?

there's enough space for the heat to get out, the rear fans help with that. Plus, once it warms up a bit, it circulates even better.
