Worst part was the home owner wouldn’t let me kill power when cleaning them out. I have all rubber handled tools but still 200 amps
That's when you tell them "power goes off now till the work is done, unless you like fires a slagged electronics"

Dirt daubers are good at helping take out insects, their food of choice, and ours build nests that are straight(ish), lay an egg in bottom,
Fill rest of long cavity with bodies of insects, close it up, so on until her death. Egg hatches, has food, eats its way out, opens the tube
Finds a mate, cycle repeats. Aren't aggressive but will sting if provoked. Disturbing a nest isn't a problem if mama isn't around
Just another bug hunt.
