"Diaper" shortening, Leg shortening, Belt addition and paints.

Sanded head to not be hornless Night King.
Switched tiny hands with ML Vulcan hands. Cut out weird chunk in sockets so he can put his arms down. Cut at boot line, dremeled out some of boots and put shins in to shorten legs.
