I would highly recommend against using Overnight Prints for any physical media you need printed. I used them in the past (something like a decade ago) and had issues with the orders, but because I was on a time crunch for a project and because it had been so long since I used them last, I decided to give them another shot. Paid extra for the BITGIT (buy it today, get it tomorrow) service and shipping on Wednesday hoping to get the items to my client by the latest on Friday, but here it is Monday and they haven't even shipped it out yet.
When I called to get a refund on my order since it never arrived in time for our meeting, they hung up on me. Before hanging up on me, they said all quoted arrival dates are estimations. When I quoted this from their website, lady hung up.
"Overnight Prints also stands alone in the industry when it comes to delivery. What's more, with our BITGIT™ (Buy It Today, Get It Tomorrow) offering, you can place your order by 8:00pm EST today and have it in your hands tomorrow. No other online printing company can say the same. After all, "overnight" is in our name."
Two orders. One 25 trifolds, one 50 postcards. Should have been a simple project.
I hope this time I remember to avoid this company like the plague. If the designers of Imgur have any recommendations for high quality print shops in the US, I would love to hear about them. I like the quality of Moo, but have had issues with products arriving damaged and my new credit card was compromised after using their service. I have used VistaPrint but I found the quality good, but not great.

Call your bank/CC company and dispute the charges

Two weeks. It took two weeks for the package to be arrived. A week past when my client left the state to which these were mailed.

I’ve had no issues with Overnight Prints in the past. Vista Print is garbage quality. GR Print was decent, not sure about now.

Have you tried UPrinting?

Thanks for the heads up about Vista. I have yet to find one print shop in the US that outputs exceptional quality.

I grew up with a press operator in the house, so I always had the hookup. And because of that, I have a high standard for quality.
