Different quality after export (.fbx) of photogrammetry 3D-Scan?

What kind of device can make such awesome quality 3d scans?

It's done with the Sony Alpha 6000. You're shooting lots of photos form different angles and the software can create a 3D model from those.

Are those angles predefined, like "Take a pic ever 10 degree" and lighting conditions also important, or does it "just work" with any pics?

You should have about 80-100 pictures to get a good result (the more the better!) so about 5-10 degrees, but it doesn't have to be exact

And for the light you should use some even light so you don't see any shadows. I was shooting on a bright cloudy day and it worked out fine!
