Krobus usually does a little mew that is really adorable. Today, Duncan did all the talking for her!

Duncan says “He’s right here dad can’t you see him? Get over here brother, he can’t see you!”

Thanks! It's my fave, too. We've got 8 kitties, so we really need it!

This is one of my favorite pics of Krobus and her siblings when they were about 6 months old, starring the big tower!

Cats man! Whenever one cat sees the pouches of wet food he does a meow and its like a summoning call then all the other cats materialise

We like having a dinnertime call because they just can't resist. Didn't mean for it to be "Krobus" but here we are...

As a proud father of a black cat, black cats are the best!!!

They are pretty great! I try not to play favorites, though. (and I typically fail, because Skippy... To be fair, he's Krobus's favorite, too. Apart from her mama. She loves her mama best.)

Krobus looks like an actual black cat..? Our little void, when the light hits just right, turns out to be chocolate colored. We call that "secretly brown". =-)

She's a very dark, sleek void that turns reddish and stripey in the sun like any other void! I'm pretty sure that's normal for black cats. I've seen a lot of people post their black cats in the sun looking like that. Here's the best Pic I've got - we don't get a lot of direct sunlight and when we do, I try to avoid it (migraines).

Oh! She IS secretly brown! Nice. No, I've met black cats who were actually black, no secret underlying hues. Closest I ever came to living with one was my grey tuxedo. Even her skin was grey. ... Having dealt with migraines for - yikes - over sixty years now, I have the deepest sympathy for your aversion to anything that triggers yours. <3
