Those are the default AdGuard DNS ips and the first one is supposed to be 94.140.14.14. If you want to filter out the adult webistes as well (for children devices fo">exampl">s for example) you can use 94.14">14.15 ">94.140.14.15 / 94.140.15.16. If you just want the DNS without the filtering it's 94.140.14.140 / 94.140.14.141
As a person who works in tech don't do this add guard is a shit company and is owned by shit people mostly Russians who basically just steal and scam your data again do not use these DNS settings please for the love of God
There are a hell of a lot more steps to setting up Pi-hole than there are changing your DNS. I've talked non-IT savvy people through changing DNS in a brief phone call. Setting up Pi-hole? Step 1 - get your hardware ... Step 164 - now you're ready to change the DNS settings on your device

Yeah don't do this. Set up a pi-hole and tell your router to use that as your DNS
