No way. Most drives spin at 5400 or 7200RPM and this is not even close to either. And the casing moves normally as well so the video isnt sluggish.

It’s definitely not. The motor spins that fast with a light, perfectly balanced, disc. It definitely couldn’t spin something like that at the same speed.
