Also, while incognito doesn't stop your ISP from seeing the domain of sites you visit (imgur.com for example), your browser (usually) automatically keeps them from seeing the individual pages you visit, as well as any data entered into a page. HTTPS covereth a myriad of sins.

Trackers are a whole 'nother ball of wax, but that's on the sites that implement them. Imgur knows exactly what you're looking at on it's site, for how long, and what all your alt accounts are, incognito be damned.
